Shipping policy

A note to all customers;

As I just brought my dream to reality with this business, I want you to have a real unique experience. We will deliver to Ottawa and surroundings (50km radius from Kanata) for a flat $15 rate. You will see the item in front of you, feel it and wear it. If you do not like what you see, we will transfer the money back to your account right in front of you, minus the $15 flat rate of delivery. 

Once you buy an item, please choose the local delivery option if it shows up. And if possible, select the bank deposit method of payment and send a transfer to monarcacollection.ca@gmail.com.

If you still want to be part of the change with unique items just for you and you don't live in the Ottawa region, we can ship it through Canada Post. Once you finish your order, you will see the shipping options and you can choose what you prefer.
